The gentle man whom checked me in was extremely helpful and informative about the hotel and the hotel shop. He made check in pleasant. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the shower was exceptional. The water pressure was awesome. I would stay here again when I'm in town.
The beds were cheap here. Room service disturbed my rest knocking on my door at 1015. Check out for the weekend was 12pm. Management never addressed the situation to housekeeping only made excuses. It was completely pathetic. If you don't mind being walked in on, this is the place for you!!!
Never had a bad experience here. Always clean. Never found any unwanted bed bug guests and staff is awesome .
Me and my family travel for 4 1/2 hours to visit family members. We get to our room and I was very disappointed and disgusted. The room was not clean. The floor had crumbs around the table and bed, the bed sheets had stains, not to mentioned there was bugs crawling on the pillow. The bathroom tub had strains of hair in it. There was pieces of zest bar soap on the bathroom floor. You think with Covid going on, the house keeping would be very thorough and very detail with cleaning each room.
Absolutely horrible. The staff are so rude. I needed a blanket, they refused to bring us one. The A/C in the hallways was not working, making it a haven for germs/COVID 19. My room door was broke. Somebody had been in my room prior, so the beds was not even made. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with better service. Never again and will not recommend.
