I really enjoyed my stay it was really relaxing and peaceful. Everyone I saw was polite caring. Thumbs up to manager that assists me. I be glad to come back.
Great place, very courteous and professional staff. Very compliant with pandemic restrictions. I felt safe with social distancing practices in place.nnRoom and linens looked and smelled very clean! Awesome low entry shower in handicapped equipped room. I recommend this place!
FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS MORE THAN COURTEOUS, BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS, VERY CLEAN. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT HAMPTON INN SUFFOLK AGAIN.THE FRONT DESK MANAGER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WENT.OUT.OF HER WAY.TO ASSIST ME IN A FAMILY EMERGENCY.
The water pressure in room was fantastic, the temperature very adjustable, and bed was very comfortable to me but I enjoy firm mattress so take that with grain of salt. The staff was very personalable and there was only one cleaning lady not wearing mask while cleaning room (though I was only one still checked in on floor and she was wearing gloves). There is convenient breakfast box available with walking distance food options nearby. Overall I would stay there again.
The sheets were dirty and I had to remake my own bed. 1st 3 pictures are what we found when we pulled back the sheets. Last 4 are me making the bed with new sheets. Not to mention check in was 3pm and they had no rooms ready. Must do better I go to VA every 2 weeks to visit and I doubt they will get my money again
