I honestly cannot believe the bad reviews here. I found this place when I first moved to Virginia and loved it. I now drive 40 minutes to see Hailey she always does my nails how I like them and she does an amazing job on eyelashes as well. All staff here is friendly.

I came in for a full set & my nails are uneven & the shapes are different. Very unprofessional while the man was doing my nails he stopped plenty of times to get in his phone watching a tv show & the sinks where nasty with brown rust along the edges i DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL‼ufe0f❌ not to mention the nails I got there b4 came off like press on they lasted literally 2 daysud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f

Every time I look at my nails I cringe. Horrible outcome. I will not be back.

I came in with tips and dip powder on my nails. I asked him to remove them. Instead of soaking the nails then removing them he used an artificial nail tip to remove each nail, which hurt. In the process he completely broke my long, pretty nails that were under the tips. Way to ruin my nails...
