Great place for massage and get adjusted, they are very professional and customer service is great.

Friendly atmosphere, but I feel everything is rushed. I have an elbow issue along with right hip issues and some neck pain. I went about 6 times or more, elbow was looked at once for 5 seconds. Back was pushed on in the center once each visit I felt like it could be cracked all the way up and down. My neck is cracked in the same direction each time, I feel it needs to be cracked at a different position but it’s a speed service in my opinion. I bought a $95 pillow from the office that does nothing. In my opinion I’d rather pay top dollar for a thorough top to bottom alignment. I’ve seen so many thorough office visits online at certain chiropractors office, and it’s helped so many people. I’m on the adjustment table for less than 3 min, it’s crack, crack, $42.50 thanks. It’s disappointing knowing I spent around $400-$500 and I feel no difference, I know it’s a process but 6 visits plus and nothing changed. The Doctor and staff is super nice though but I need help and detailed visits focused on my issues no matter the cost.

Anything less than a 5 stars rating will be unfair to them. Dr. T and the girls are way too nice. To be able to bend almost normally after years of not being able is way too much of a nice sensation. From your favorite Puerto Rican here...

My first appointment was yesterday with Dr. Paul E. Tschetschot. I typically prefer women physicians (personal preference), but was willing to give this place a shot due to my back pain. The office staff were very welcoming and polite upon arrival. I completed my new patient paperwork within a few minutes and shortly after was taken to the back. Once in back, I saw Dr. Tschetschot. Again, Very little wait time. He was polite and personable. He explained everything he needed to do to complete his assessment prior to doing it which I truly appreciated. After his assessment I prepared for heat therapy and to be aligned. Heat therapy flowed effortlessly and was painless. Afterward, I met with Dr. Tschetschot again for alignment. Again, he explained each step before completing it so I’d be prepared, comfortable, and also because he knew I’d never been to a chiropractor before now. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process and left feeling so much better than when I came in. He did tell me I may be a bit sore later, but I experienced no soreness and no back ache all day. I’ll be returning tomorrow to continue care. I feel confident is recommending this practice to anyonenseeking chiropractic care.
