Monroe is just simply an amazing person. I am always 100% satisfied with her work and she is the only massage therapist that I will see. Soon as you walk in, you can just feel all the positive vibes. You won't be disappointed.

Valerie Monroe gives amazing massages tailor made to the specific needs of your body. Too many other massage therapists seem to use the same technique on everyone regardless of your specific issues. She has been my & my family’s preferred massage therapist for years, even before she finally branched out & opened her own business. Well, when she left, we left! We are all so excited for her & are still regular customers!

Where do I start?! One of the best massage therapist in town! So glad to get an appointment with her in November, we’ll worth the wait & A+ on customer care, all you have to do is call, email, or text if any issues and she’ll get you squared away! She’s only one person but that’s what makes the wait worth it, she will custom your services to you and very well educated on “injuries” or displacement issues you didn’t know you had! Monroe always brings her A game to the table. I've been visiting her even before she branched out on her own and have found no other masseuse compares. She always treats you with the utmost care, ensuring your experience is exactly what you want and more. You won't find anyone as good in Virginia, probably not even a state or two over (trust me I've tried lol). If you want nothing but the best, I promise she's worth the wait.

Had a massage yesterday. The BEST massage therapist around. Thank goodness I found her after moving from New York! She is worth waiting for!
