They seem to be out of cold brew most of the time...
Notice the complete lack of staff? It's one guy for the in-store orders, drive through, making all of the food and drinks. Would you want to work here? The guy is nice but set up to fail. There's no way. And if you ordered on the go, like me, you're just trapped waiting for a half hour because there's no way to cancel your order.
I feel service could be a lot better but they work with the inventory they have. Food is good when there is supplies. 3 stars for now.
