I have been patient with this location but today was the final straw. We ordered the 10 pack of munchkins. I’ve had them for years. I know that they are about the size of a walnut. We had two normal sized munchkins and 8 half the size. After we came back and waited in the drive thru they gave us even smaller ones. I have never had this experience before. The cashier attempted to comply but had no support to make us happy customers. I don’t think I willnvisit this location again. (This was last summer)
I really wish they would get my order right for once. Every time I order they mess it up every time!!! It wouldn’t be so bad if the cashier didn’t repeat the order correctly and they still mess it up!!! Then have attitudes when you ask them to fix it. Only reason I give three stars is because the coffee is always on point. everything else is a MESS! Management needs to do better.
I’ve come to this location four times. Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, they say they have no donuts. How are you out of donuts? Management really needs do you put somebody in charge here. I just want donuts :/
The snacking bacon was pretty good but the donuts seemed kinda old. Not as fresh as expected but will try again.
Nifty Valentines Day related coffee & donuts. We thoroughly enjoyed the Pink Velvet Macchiato!
