They only serve you through the drive through window. I repeat: they only serve you through the drive through window. Otherwise just as good as any other Dunkin's. My rating is 2 and one half stars but I can't select half stars. I rated it this way because of the limited way they serve you

Love this Dunkin! One of the best I've ever been to and, since I'm from Massachusetts and my sister lives in Rhode Island, I've been to quite a few. Employees are super friendly even when busy and they always have a pup cup for my obnoxious yet cute dog ud83dudc15. Kinda hard to find but always busy, these guys know how to mix up a coffee ☕.

Horrible customer service. Every time I've gone, have had the rudest people. They just want to push you through the line even if your the only person. Asked for water and got charged for it, which most places will give you a cup of water for free. Would not recommend this location

I would give 5 stars because Leslie is awesome, HOWEVER there is one young lady by the name of Ashley who has attitude. I was trying to figure out something on my Dunkin App and why my free drink was not showing up on my order. I just needed some clarification. She got very short with me and raised her hands in frustration, and instead of nicely asking what drink I would like, she asked me with attitude. Sooo, with that being said, I told her nevermind. I refuse to be waited on by people who do not appreciate my business. As a business owner myself, I go above and beyond for my customers.

I would have given a 5 star review BUT there's a young girl that sometimes works the drive thru and she will NOT put my mocha swirl in my frozen coffee I would see if it was just 1 time she done it but its EVERYTIME we get her its not made right at ALL she is also super short with us she dont really greet us and all like the other young ladies do if it wasnt for that one girl i would be able to give a 5 star rating but we are getting her more and more and her drink mixing game sucks
