Absolutely amazing! The customer service the moment I walked in made me feel like family, and the cake that Sandra made for my special event was above and beyond my greatest expectations even on very short notice. It was so amazing I had to stop back in and buy some of her cupcakes, chocolate peanut butter, cookies and cream, and birthday confetti if you're wondering, and again my taste buds were blown away! I will never shop at another bakery in Suffolk, VA and will be using her bakery for any event I have in the future. Thank you Sandra for such an awesome experience!
I really wanted to love this bakery.nnPros: Upon entering, the bakery was clean and had a great smell. The person assisting me was friendly. I loved the filling inside of the strawberry cupcake. It was a pleasant surprise. The icing was delicious. I love the variety of flavors.nnCons: All of the cupcakes were dry on the inside. This was a huge disappointment being that they’re over $5 each and I purchased 9. Pictured is a chocolate chip cupcake. I love chocolate chip and really wanted to enjoy it.
My best friend since we were 7 and she lives in Michigan and I here in Suffolk, ordered me 6 of The Best Cupcakes for my 56th Birthday and had them delivered to me. The Best all the way around, I will be recommending you, Thank You for the Tastiest Birthday Ever
Request within 2 days a birthday cakes for 10 to 15 people. Not even knowing I was talking to the owner, she was so pleasant and sweet. She informed me they were booked and turned around and said what are you looking for. On the other hand oh, I don't eat cake but that was some of the best cake I've ever had it was moist and the icing was not too thick. I highly recommend them for their flavor, customer service and presentation.
This is my second time trying them. Both times the cupcakes were extremely dry. The cupcakes are over priced! For a dozen of cupcakes it was $54. Do not recommend.
