So prior to working with 24/7, I had been working with another travel agency. I made the best decision ever by working with 24/7. We had a few discussions about what my travel party was looking for in our vacation. I was given lots of different options and variations to our universal vacation. Jamie was very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge and he helped us get the most out of our trip.nnJamie went way out of his way after our vacation was booked to make sure everything was seamless once we got to Florida (we booked about 2.5-3 weeks before traveling). Not only that, he reached out to us a few times while we were on vacation to check on us and make sure that we didn't need anything from his end, and to see how everything was going for us.nnAt the end of the day, if it was possible to give higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. Because of the way this vacation was handled, I will never use another agency for my travel needs.
James was very nice and got me the best price for my anniversary trip to Mexico for me and my wife.we are so excited to have him as our travel agent very friendly and professional in what he does. We will be using him in the future for more vacations.
