I stayed here for the weekend with my sister and I am so happy we stayed at this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean. There is plenty of parking, the lobby is large, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the room we stayed in was great. The front staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this hotel. Definitely 5 stars!

Great for a one night stay, however there is zero room service, even for staying weeks on end..... even after numerous requests. Normally I would give 3, maybe 4 stars, however I checked in for five nights and was put in a handicap accessible room. These rooms are needed for those in need of them, I kinda feel guilty of ocupinying this room. It does not at all accommodate my needs and takes from those that need it. It seems they have their head up a donkeys hind quarters.

Clean, comfortable and beautifully, wonderfully, relaxingly *quiet*. Obviously a new establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping and eating out.

I am so happy with Comfort Inn that I added another day to our stay. The hotel itself just opened up like a little over a week ago and is quite a value. The price, the rooms, hotel staff. Everything was above and beyond what one can expect. Megan at the front desk always brightens the day when she is working. The rest of the staff was pretty amazing also. We just seem to always run into Megan when we came in which we aren't complaining. And she was friendly and helpful everytime we seen her. Definitely felt welcome here and enjoyed trying out this new addition to the Harrisonburg Hotel Market. We will be back for sure.

Brand new hotel. Opened 2 weeks ago. Super clean and great service. Free parking. Great location. Very close to many restaurants.
