Beds was super comfortable. Room was very clean. The staff was amazing the GM checked us in sadly I forgot her name. Rosa checked us out and helped with all my requests very friendly and helpful. Close to everything we will be back soon
Great stay, clean room. The hotel is close to everything and the staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Breakfast was sad but that is mostlu the fault of the pandemic, I do suggest more or better breakfast sandwiches.nn*Side note from parents of a toddler, the cords are very accessible and there are a lot of them. Very, very, very nice staff.nNeeds upgrade on beds and televisions. TVs are old and so the screens are dark. Not really up to Marriott standards but clean and safe.
This restaurant is always a home run, we were back for the 1st time in 7 months and really enjoyed it. Stop in support drew hes a great guy
Called hotel before hand because I did not receive my mobile key...wanted on hold 20 mins....got to the hotel at 6:30pm and front desk indicated my room wasn't ready...BINGO...now I know why my mobile app was not available...Asked for a discount on room and crickets...within the next 5 mins my room was miraculously ready. Went up to my room and I'm right next to the elevator...I drove hundred of miles to take my kid on a college tour to JMU. I'm a Marriott member...this is not acceptable. Customer service is everything.
