I love dunkin, but their customer service here is always less than mediocre.
Terrible custom service. I've never had anyone so unwilling to find out if a donut had milk or to correct the order of the coffee. Such a rude young girl- should not work with customers at all.
Been there multiple times. Tried to like it. The place is DIRTY. Trash all over the ground outside, trash cans spilling over. Any time you go after 2PM they are out of most donuts. The 7-11 nearby is better. I give it one star only because you have to in order to post a review. In a one word summary? Pathetic.
Oh man this place is the best. They have a whole bottle of sweet stuff that's free to drink. The cashier told me it usually goes in the coffee but it's fantastic just by itself
I like the way they dealt with customers you can use the screen monitor make your order pay and then get it
