Service was top notch. Got the sampler. Pulled pork was decent. The ribs and especially the brisket was spot on. Portions were generous and it was very clean. Get the firecracker shrimp appetizer. A very good experience. I would like to see a pick 3 combo where you can choose any 3 proteins.
This was my first visit and we decided to go because it’s close to Massanutten Resort. We were seated immediately and atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was nice but we weren’t satisfied with our food. My son ordered the chicken sandwich and it was fired too hard and the rest of us ordered ribs and chicken and they were just okay. They bring a variety of sauces with your food and the prices were reasonable.
I wanted to try several items on their menu because so many things sounded good. The Brunswick stew was good, cornbread and honey butter are delicious, and whiskey chicken sandwich is huge. Prices are a little high, but it is a great place otherwise!
Great dinner with my wife on Valentine's Day! Food was on the table quickly and it was delicious! Nice touch, a couple of chocolate covered strawberries to take home at no charge. Outstanding experience and would definitely come back again! Waitress was very attentive! Great job to all of the staff at Hank's
The pork was excellent, the catfish was surprisingly good. The catfish looked overdone (the batter was super crispy), but they meat was really tender and not dry at all. The Naked Burrito was really good, especially when I added a tortilla. Service was excellent. Good portions.
