Absolutely elegant and carries the sweet charm only a small business can have. On this early morning, I was craving a fresh breakfast that I normally would make in my own kitchen, but since I am visiting my sister, it’s not as accessible...or so I thought. I ordered a salmon bagel and avocado toast that hit the spot perfectly. The staff is sweet and attentive, all covid guidelines are followed and the bake box was full of goodies.nI found this bakery on google and was instantly in awe of their cakes. I don’t even like cake! But they’re stunning. I don’t even like macaroons! But I ordered two!nJust come you won’t regret it!
Can't say enough good things about this place. It's the perfect location to work, eat the most delicious baked goods, or pretend you're in an English romance novel. I've been going to them for years and can find no rival for their meals, nice staff, adorable tableware, baked treats (yay for gluten free!), and cakes. I recently photographed a wedding with their cakes and it was the best surprise ever. Delicious as expected!
I fell in love with it as soon as I was greeted. The staff was supper friendly patient and helpful. It's a nice small cozy place and as soon as you walk in you get the delicious smell of freshly baked pastries.
What a great breakfast we had this morning! So happy we came in as the customer service and setting were amazing and the food was just as wonderful! The ladies here take a lot of pride and care in what they do and it shows. I haven’t enjoyed a Belgian gluten free waffle anywhere else but my own home and I’ve been gf for 8 years!! The fruit accompanying the waffle was perfectly ripe, my kids and I were gobbling it down. The space is small but they have taken lots of consideration in how they decorate and created their dining area into something beautiful. My family enjoyed the lemon thyme cookie and chocolate and strawberry cupcake as well. If we are in town again, we will definitely be stopping by again :)
The most adorable little bakery tucked inside an historic building next to the Harrisonburg Visitor's Center. The pastries are tasty and beautiful, and the dining room is perfect for a cozy brunch. A great place to fuel up before hitting the shops in Downtown Harrisonburg!
