First time ordering from this amazing ladies and All I can say is that I found my to go place to order the cakes for my family’s special occasions! Service, flavor, designs and prices are all just perfect! Thank you ladies!! My daughter and I loved her beautiful custom designed chocolate cake!
We hired Bittersweet to make our wedding cake. Due to the pandemic, we ended up cancelling our reception. Bittersweet made us a small cake for our private ceremony. We got white cake with salted caramel filling & it was so delicious! We also got some other pastries which were also delicious. Erica was very responsive & great to work with! I would definitely recommend Bittersweet Bakery. Their cakes are delicious!!!
We had the pleasure of working with the ladies of Bittersweet Bakery on our wedding cake and we couldn’t recommend working with them enough! Our cake had two different flavor combinations, including one that wasn’t even on the menu of options that was created to capture the groom’s favorite flavors! The care they took in creating something that we were really excited about left a lasting impression. The cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful! We got so many compliments from our guests. We can’t wait for our next occasion that requires some delicious baked goods so we can work with them again!
We asked for a gore cake and was not in anyway disappointed. We were worried about the fondant, in our experience people get so caught up in the look they forget the flavor. They flavored the fondant to match the carrot cake and it was all delicious. And the cake was better than what we had even thought of.
