This was hands down the most absolute greatest experience in any furniture store of my life. Everything was so professional and welcoming, my sales associate Amy is the greatest. I wanted to give her a hug but due to covid I couldn't. But I let her know that I was and still am satisfied to the utmost. Love it love it love it. I highly recommend Conn's in Colonial Heights, Va to everyone.

Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they refunded my money. But we ordered a sectional was told would be delivered this weekend when we have company coming in. We'll that is a nope. Because they were supposed to refund the delivery fee because they charged us. They didn't even do that so when I called I was told it won't be in now till the 25 of April. I go in for a refund and the guy I spoke with would deal with me and the lady at the desk had never done a refund. He absolutely didn't deal with me because instead of picking something new I wanted the refund. That's just bad business.
Was not what i expected. They're basically like a rent a center or arrons but on higher level. Those sell papers that they send to your house are to lure you in. Once you get in the store its a whole different story so just be prepared. Nevertheless we wound up purchasing from here. The furniture is made very well, but you just don't get a lot, we only got a couch and love seat when initially we thought we were gonna be able to get more coffee table lamps etc.. The more pieces you want the more money you're gonna spend. Basically the sales papers are misleading so don't get your hopes up. Very nice furniture tho just very pricey. I don't recommend this place.
Came in to a very warm greeting by Donald Jefferson! He helped me through out my process of picking a bedroom set and made me feel confident in my decision! Great customer service and awesome personality!!
