My bank account was fraudulently charged in California. I’m having to wait for my bank to reverse the charges and it could take 7-14 business days. Instead of Aaron’s understanding this they are threatening to pick up my TVs. I’ve bought and paid off several things with them in the past, and this will be the LAST. This is the ONLY bill I have that is not understanding my unfortunate situation nor willing to work with me. I do not recommend, I’ll be going somewhere else next time.

i really don't know where to start with this place rented to own a computer was going great paid almost the whole thing off then it caught a virus i sent it back cause it wasn't totally paid off and tried to see if i could switch to a different computer was told i couldn't cause i only owed around 300 dollars left on it so i let them service it months went by the one they loaned me decided to quit working so i just went out and bought a computer outright then i get the call my bill is due to return to weekly payments my wife tells them we dont even have the computer they go owe yeah its here for pick up didn't even tell us it was there all the lady wanted was the payment i go get it bring it home turn it on and up pops they im still broke windows soon as i turn it on now there service dept said nothing was wrong with it but clearly these windows pop up as soon as its done posting ive called REPEATEDLY about this and they have responded in the most unconventionally way and that is to NOT call me back but also NOT to even call to collect the weekly bill which they called every week if ya missed it they would blow your phone up until they got in touch with u but not this time this its crickets hope you all have better luck with this store then i did cause it cost me a computer and now lawyer fees

I have bought lots of stuff rent to own from them and would not ever go to another place keep up the great work yall. Yall are amazing people if I could give them and the store a 10 rating I would definitely I have been buying stuff from them for 5 years now and will continue to thank you for your wonderful store and wonderful employees
