They had the bed frame I was looking for (at a very reasonable price, I might add) and they were friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door! It was a quick and easy transaction! Only give five stars though because their selection of the size headboards I might have looked at, was limited to only ONE. Thankfully I didn't HAVE to have one so it didn't negate the overall experience.
Ordered a couch and 2 recliners in November and I'm still waiting on 1 recliner in April. I guess they're waiting for the trees to grow for the wood but I wouldn't know because I don't get updates. Weekly info would be nice especially since I've been waiting since NOVEMBER!
Giving these people 1 star is being generous. My initial interaction was good but they are quite messy. Lies upon lies. Shady. They sold me a broken recliner loveseat ($699). I have made calls and sent emails for 3 months now. No resolution. I do not recommend this business! Spend your time and money elsewhere!
