AP and Eddie were very knowledgeable and helpful. They understood our needs and met them accordingly. Shannon was also very friendly and helpful. She processed our purchase in a timely and efficient manner. Everyone made the entire process enjoyable. It felt like a family atmosphere.

Waiting time was a little longer than expected but contributing factors were surely a high volume of business at a peak time on the weekend. Once sales representative got started business was professional, personable and expeditious. A mostly favorable experience. Will likely visit the store in the future.

I went in to Ashley Furniture Store in Chester, Va for a bed. Anna was my sales associate. Thankfully she lead me to exactly what I needed. She asked the right questions to guide me to the right path, which also saved me some time. I greatly appreciated the time she spent on me in helping to secure my purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Lots of choices. Some reasonably priced options for the quality, some not so much. Good place to get ideas if nothing else. Friendly staff - helpful but not really hovering, which was a welcome change.

People if you buy anything from this company please make sure you keep you paperwork. First off I do not purchase anything over $2500.00 without 0 % financing for a certain amount of months. I also have a rule of thumb where the lowest amount of months financing I will do is 24 months for big purchases. This company lied to me and said I chose 12 month financing , didn't notice until today about 10 months in,. Called to speak to manager and he lied to me and said I was probably offered but i chose 12. NEGATIVE. for this reason I have made the payment in full tonight. You really have to watch these guys and I will be no longer purchasing from Ashley Furniture. My card is cut up and I will exhaust every other option when it comes to furniture for the house. These sales people beg you to purchase something, border line stalk you with so many phone calls then they have the nerve to be untruthful. PEOPLE BE AWARE WATCH THESE GUYS ! MAKE SURE YOU CONTRACT IS CLEARLY STATED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ! I'm glad that I'm fortunate enough to have the money to pay the balance in full. Whatever I have to so to make sure they make no interest off me ! This store in particular is a joke, manager lmao i have seen nothing like this !
