Terrible customer service in furniture department. Attitude and walked away when I wanted to purchase a bed. Asked about delivery. He stated no delivery. A sign stated delivery available instead of explaining delivery is contracted out. He said NO and walked away. He didn't even attempt to help with sale. I left and went to Chester Big Lots. Clearly he hates his job and it shows.
The cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in, and I've been in a few. The most organized, very spacious. Alyssa, the cashier, was very kind. Going back to look into furniture. I see that the customer service was not too good in the furniture dept. I had an excellent shopping experience today.
Two different visits. One to pick up a new mattress. Chose the Seally LAZE... It supports well laying down. Sinks a good bit when sitting. We were assisted quickly and able to roll it out. (mostly foam)nnSecond visit we made other Christmas shopping choices for coworkers and grandchildren. Check out was not a problem. Thank you.
I went to Big lots to look at gazebos and they had them for $500 less then Lowe's. Very sturdy metal and wood gazebos
Love shopping at big lots and all the big lots team are so kind and helpful great job guys
