This isn't in regards to this location. However, I think the actually website should re-worded when delivery is. There statement says delivery between 2-3 days. That's not correct. It should be call between 2-3 days. Delivery is based on the location. In my case it's usually a week out.nnhere's what is says in agreement.nWe want to thank you very much for your order! I've rented with them countless of times and will probably rent from them again in the next couple of months. I've never had any problems with our transactions, however, the agents I've spoken over the phone with have horrible customer service skills. I try to do everything online and avoid going in store to avoid the rudeness.

I bought a fridge from them. 120 days same as cash. The fridge broke down after I paid it. They honored the warranty and got it like brand new. Replaced the whole inside and I have a new fridge. I would like to commendate Matt, Sharon and the manager because they really know what customer service is. And their regional manager Shawn as well, who honored something that we had from 2015. Feel free to buy anything from them. They will take care of you.
