One of the most incompetent companies I've ever dealt with. I only get delivery once a year, but somehow they screw it up every time. This year they didn't even show up to bring the gas, yet they add 600 gallons on my account for over $1,400. Three times I've contacted them to remove the charge and bring me some gas (under 30% now) to no avail. They never follow-up as promised.nnIn past years, I've dealt with over-charges, incorrect rental fees, and more. Always takes several calls to get it straight. Unreal!nnUPDATE: It's been a month and now I'm getting 'past due' letters for gas they NEVER DELIVERED. I can't get anyone to respond to emails, physical letters, phone calls...unbelievable!

If you can find ANY propane supplier besides Amerigas use them. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm on auto delivery and they let my tank go empty (which they guaranteed would never happen with auto delivery) 4 months without any delivery. We ran out. (Of course it happened on a Saturday on the coldest weekend of the year when we have no power) Guarantee says if by some chance you run out you get emergency delivery that day. Amerigas refused to deliver the day I called them & called me back the next day to follow up to tell me they were refusing to deliver that day too. They refuse to give me any information on when I can expect a delivery. AND to top it all off because they let the tank run empty I now have to have a pressure check on my tank that requires me to be home when they deliver whenever they decide that is gonna be.

Many of my Dinwiddie VA friends have not gotten their regular scheduled deliveries and are without PROPANE and Electricity. Sad situation for all of them. Unacceptable not to take care of the people. ud83eudd28

Just bought a new house , their tank is on the property and we don’t want to do business with them. We have a gas company so they are coming up with excuses not to come get their tank. It’s in our way and TJ in Richmond will not give me any info on when it will be removed . Just excuses since we’re not doing business with them they could care less. Although they found time to come out and disconnect the tank so there precious propane wasnt used by us, they couldn’t have just taken it then at the same time . Unbelievable, the same poor business ethics are why we dropped them 10 years ago to start with ....
