My family and I had a great experience during our time of need. It was definitely our home away from home. My daughter loved going downstairs asking for room supplies. She said everyone's so nice! We will definitely miss you guys and thanks again for the hospitality!
The customer service is top notch. The front desk attendant was courteous, professional and very friendly. However, the smell of smoke ruined this stay for me. While the hotel was clean and my room was fine, I couldn't stand walking through the smoke-filled hallways and common areas to get there.
This hotel is very tired and in need of a refresh. I had the room with the jacuzzi and it was loud and obnoxious. The doors in the room were hanging off their hinges. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked. Furniture was faded. Would not recommend.
Definitely did not live up to the Hilton standard. Cracked tiles on the floor, stained carpets and mismatched cushions on the couch. Felt more like I was staying in a $40 per night no tell motel. Will not return to this location and definitely would not recommend it
It was a great stay, not the best. Just inconciterate guests. After working long hard days, entering the entrances and the hallways with the smell of marijuana inside and out, is the worst. It's unfortunate that some of us have to suffer. I have to bring my nebulizer to help my breathing, some nights.
