It was awesome having a bar and the food Mr. Keith cooks is on point. More sides as option would have gotten excellent plus door by bar has not worked the whole two weeks I’ve been here. The bartenders Ms. June and Ms. Geneva are great but unfortunately they ran out of a common liquor that should or could have been replaced over the weekend while the bar was closed but was not. I’ve drank most nights here had large tabs most nights but now I’m going other places to drink because they don’t have Tito’s.

This hotel was highly rated therefore I decided to book after I had to stay in town unexpectedly for work. How this is a 4 star hotel? I do not know. This is a 2 star at best. The carpet in the room looks dingy and the mattress is lumpy. The service in the restaurant was non existent. After working a very long day I decided to get some dinner at the hotel, So I wouldn’t have to go out again. How hard can it be to make a beyond burger and an order of fries. I waited a solid 35 minutes and my food was never brought to me. And there was no one else ordering food. Finally I left because I was so tired and the 3 old men in the restaurant singing old Beetles songs loudly was extremely annoying. So I had to go to bed hungry. Thank God I had some peanut butter crackers in my bag or I would have nothing to eat. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Don’t stay here!!! I am a Hilton Honors Member and I may never stay at another Hilton Hotel ever again!

I'm not sure how this is listed as anything more than a 2 star hotel. The carpet is stained and grungy. There is a huge stain in the tub. There were only two, tiny, used rolls of toilet paper on the rolls, and the room was a smoking room, which we were not informed of, and was literally so pungent my wife and I could barely breathe and had to change hotels. The guy at the desk was nice, and that is the only reason this brief stay got any stars at all. Do not stay here.

I would give it a higher score , front desk was friendly, bar was friendly, breakfast good but the lady waitress complained she was by herself and she also had to go drop off food for room service. She was very rude actually downright nasty every morning. I asked for coffee she pointed to the coffee urns and said go over there, then I went over and they were empty so I went to tell her and she said she was too busy and I needed to wait. 15 minutes, really?She then told the guy next to us when he complained about cheese...he said I asked you to make sure no cheese so she looked at him angrily and said ok if you can't just scrape it off I suppose they will have to make you a whole new order and that will take a lot of time. I don't think he will be coming back. Food was great and maybe she wouldn't have been so angry if she had help. One waitress one cook.
