The clinical staff are wonderful, professional and very helpful. The problem is scheduling, for some of their eye doctors. I had an appointment with Dr. Rosenberger at 11am and didn't seen him until after 12pm. The scheduling needs work. Other wise great care.

I brought my parents here [both blind] my dad requires help with guidance as does my mom and understanding of medical instruction. A lady Darlene? stopped us outside and was explaining only the patient was allowed in and kept rambling on about the COVID19 bs. I got it. We had to interrupt her to explain that my dad was blind and then she allowed one to be with him. She once again enforced the mask thing. Once in a man at the check in counter was yapping away with coworker with mask clearly off his face. Someone took over (a black nurse) for Darlene. I also noticed another couple (black because it may be a race thing) both walking on their own and able to see. Nothing was said to them or made a big deal about only one person coming in. Special treatment such? Also the excuse of limited seats was absurd because there were plenty. My mom is needed to help my dad at home. However the lady who checked us in was quite friendly.

The Prince George location was awesome. The staff was very warm and professional. Dr. Emily Cardone was excellent and took the time to answer all my questions.

They’ve restructured their check-in process which has made it less confusing/ time consuming to patients. Their electronic signing process is frustrating since you don’t actually see what you’re signing . The doctors and assistants are polite, professional and courteous. The staff at the Ironbridge Road location are friendlier and more approachable.
