Rooms were comfortable but the beds were not assembled properly so we had to assembled them. Hard to sleep with all of the noise outside our door. Plain in sight drug deals. Someone kept knocking at our door. In order to make this a great place, need to keep customer safe and elimate the individuals who are making it unsafe for others.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They can not understand anything you say. I made reservation and when arrived they did not have a room. Was booked up- I had to leave and go find a room. Not acceptable! Room keys never work. No pressure in showers. Super noisy. Rooms are not clean. A lot of construction workers. I highly recommend not staying at this location

Room wasn’t clean. Burn holes on furniture and sheets. Sheets were stained. door locks don’t work. Rooms had a smell. THEY HAVE BED BUGS

Non-smoking room with odor, light over sink nonfunctional as was the phone. Staff was nice enough
