My family and I have had the worst experience in regards to services and customer service with this establishment. After the sudden death of my mother an paying over $20,000 out of pocket for the burial grounds we wanted to go another route for my mother's headstone. We reached out to this sad example if a business and was at first given the run around. After contacting them several times we were finally sent a quote on how much the stone of choice would be. My father was mailed a handwritten/typed invoice of $971 for the design we chose. Since this was far less than what he’d been quoted by other places we decided to pay for this stone. It took forever for our payment to be taken as the women we had been working with stated they did not have the means to take cc over the phone, and they had to buy he needed equipment.After a month of back and forth we were finally able to sign an agreement and make payment for our stone selection. It then took 3mos before. We finally hear back and that was after several attempts to get answers. At this point the cemetery. Had never been contacted by this company, and there were additional issues they needed to further discuss. After this very long and painful journey, it was advised to us by the cemetery that we could not use the stone, we reached out to this company and was advised. There was nothing that could be done. They are very unwilling to assist and are very janky in their business practices. I would never recommend any grieving family to utilize their services. Also, within the invoice it does not note that there are no refunds, we will certainly be seeking legal actions.
