With a birthday celebrations in our friend group and a desire to go to The Boathouse, we found ourselves venturing down to Boathouse at City Point.nnThe atmosphere, cuisine and staff, were five stars. Actual five stars, not just “I’m just trying to be nice” five stars.nnWe felt especially welcomed and cared for by Ashley, part of the management staff. She spoke with passion and pride for The Boathouse franchise. You could also see her genuine care for her staff that was busting their butts.nnWonderful time. Only complaint is the drive, ha! Their chowder and crab cakes are a must!

Wife and I went on a Thursday night. Food was good and nice views of the river.nService was not up to expectations for the upscale pricing. I did not use the phone app to order and pay and that seemed to confuse the wait staff . We sat for over 15 minutes before someone came and asked if they could help us. Sat for over 10 minutes after ordering a beer. Wanted another and asked for it only to be told to use the app. What happened to a server greeting you and explaining (and upselling) the menu?

Delicious food. Great healthy options. Excellent wines. Ambiance so beautiful. Staff are wonderful, attentive, professional, and display great customer service! Appreciate the outside opportunity to eat during COVID. So attentive to safety and social distancing.

The food and experience were really good besides the fact that they initially were going to seat us in a heated tent outside where no one else was seated. We declined due to it not looking appealing to the eye. We then noticed that they only were taking black people out to sit in this tent. I don’t want to assume but it was very disturbing to see. Otherwise, the food was good.

Great food and service whether you dine in or take out. Tonight we got the crab cake sandwich, harvest salad, maple bourbon glazed salmon and bananas foster bread pudding to go. All was delicious and packaged well. The bananas foster bread pudding was beyond with the caramelized banana, ice cream and sauce. Looking forward to going back again either for take out or the patio with heaters.
