Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too and maybe I’m biased since I frequent it quite often but it’s a great place to get your coffee fix. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. I typically order on the app and just go through the drive thru; however, the inside of it is nice and clean. They make some of the best drinks compared to other Starbucks in the area so I highly recommend.nnUpdate: recently renovated and still better than ever.

Usually don’t have any problems with this location. They’re out of certain breakfast items quite a bit. Went to go this morning at 6:43am, store info online says OPEN. Pulled up and lights are all off. Don’t see a sign anywhere. Strange it says they opened at 5:30am but it’s definitely NOT open.

The service was awesome. I had questions and the barista was very nice. She answered my questions and gave me some insight on a drink I wanted to try but was scared to. I will definitely be going back.

One morning coming over was one of my best moments in ANY drive-thru. I was told Jen took my order. She was SO pleasant and delightful. If I was having a bad day she definitely changed that!. This Starbucks is my GO-TO in Hopewell... Keep up the good work!

It is a bit pricey, however for a treat, if you love speciality Coffees this is the place to go.nIn the last visits, that I have gone with my daughter the customer service has improved. No one in the customer service should be rude to their customers. If you have a difficult customer step away and ask someone to help them. Then go to management for help. A good manager will investigate and help their employees.
