My neighborhood Food Lion is just a few miles from my house, so it's always convenient. I stopped through for a few items and had no wait at checkout. They were allowing a veteran's group solicit donations outside, so that's always a plus. But quick in and out, and back home!
I love this food lion however my eating is not based on the store it's based on the customer service I received I had a bad experience with a very rude cashier...I've never experienced this before but it was register 006 and cashier 0215. She absolutely DOES NOT NEED TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE. I SPOKE SHE SAID NOTHING..I ASKED A QUESTION SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND SAID NOTHING AGAIN KEPT LOOKING AT HER WATCH I WAS THERE ABOUT 6:30PM SO? SHE IS A VERY BAD TOUCH TO A GREAT STORE AND ATMOSPHERE!

They mostly have what I'm going for and on sale. Employees are friendly and helpful! The store is always clean. I just wish all the stores had the same layout.
Food Lion Prince George, VA is a nice place to shop. Everyone is very friendly. I find a lot of items that you cannot find in other grocery stores. We are so happy that they are located in our area
