This is a busy place. They have done a great job keeping the environment safe, spaced and clean. The staff is friendly and good at what they do. Its a relaxing environment and friendly. Smiles always happen. The chair for the pedi's are massage chairs and always are in working order. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait even if you made an appointment and requested someone specific. All the staff is great and I tend to request Kevin when I plan ahead. The parking lot is a bit busy too.

I got SNS dip done last week. The guy who dipped my nails didn't put down a base, he just went straight to the color which I've never seen before. Then he left them really uneven, luckily a girl came over and evened them out before the top coat. Well one week later and one has already broken. The whole nail just broke right off my finger while moving a chair. Then another has chipped near the cuticle. I've never had such fragile SNS nails before. Usually they last forever. Wasn't worth the money
Went in Saturday to have two pedicures & two full sets. Needless to say I am not happy for the amount of money I paid & not get the full services. They managed to over charge me $20. Here it is five days later & I'm already needing a fill in & let's not forget about the nail paint coming off.
DONT COME HERE IF YOU LIVE IN SOUTH HILL TRAVEL ELSEWHERE!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My real nails are broken and the ladies MADE me pay the $50 anyways!!!! And had the nerve to tell me to come back! I am completely replused by this place!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
