The man helping me was great but the lady claiming to be the sales manager acted like she couldn't care less if I stayed or not, she claimed my file was lost and wanted me to do another long application when I had just did one a month earlier... I have never felt less appreciation for my business, I left with nothing and will not go back in there unless she is off/ I have never met a less motivated and not Knowledgeable about her job

If I could put zero rating I would Mike is by far the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen. The only time he comes to the phone is if you have a payment. But if there is a issue he’s not available. I’ve been calling since May and he still hasn’t responded.
