The customer service was great!! When I’m in the market for furniture Karobway is my place to go. I just purchased a new Mattress not only was it at a great price it is of great quality thanks guys I love it!!
All of the employees in the store were very helpful. Kenny, my salesman was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions but was not at all hovering. The had a huge selection set out in ways that you could imagine the furniture in your own home. I am very happy with my selection—price and beauty. Will definitely go back and have recommended them to friends!
Dillon was phenomenal. Spoke to him on two separate occasions. Was shopping for a new bed. Dillion listened to my needs, thoroughly explained products he best believed to be suited for my needs. Allowed me to test the mattress and then go home without trying to close me. Waited several months to be financially ready. Tested several places. Karobway had best prices. Financing was a breeze. Had the mattress delivered by professionals that even constructed my bed frame for free. Could not be more satisfied with Dillion, the product, the price, and the service. 10/10
