No, the Gandhi review below is accurate. They make appointments and then they're just not there at the appointed time. Two weeks ago, appointment made, showed up, doors closed and locked. Called the next day to ask what happened, said something came up and they had to leave. Since they don't take the contact info of appointments, they're not even able to contact folks if they can't make it. Went yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, nobody there; called today (noon), nobody there.nnIt's a shame, too, because they give good haircuts at a reasonable price. I've only occasionally gotten a bad one there, and I'd keep going back. They just don't seem to have the personnel to operate with any regularity.
Excellent service. The previous bad review from Derin Gandhi should be disregarded. He never had appointments, just shows up yelling at the stylist because she couldn't work him in. I was there, very disrespectful and rude.
I make three appointments for hair cuts and they Cancel it because no ppl. Very poor customer service
Lady totally butchered my hair. Luckily the other lady did her best to fix it..
Haircut and staff are great one on one.nThe facility though has changed their hours quite a few times and it seems a lot of staff drive quite a distance from other shops to work here.nI give 3 stars for the inconsistent hours, besides that, great shop for a quick cut.
