I went in late at night for severe ear pain and tooth pain. The wait was horrible! Once I got back to the room the nurse was not respectful enough to shut the door for my privacy even after I asked her to. Well she looked me over and decided on two meds. When she left the room she left the door wide open I coukd hear at least four other patients information and diagnosis. I also hears the nurses and docs talking very bad things about all of us patients. When the nurse brought in the meds even after giving her my allergy list she didn't even let me know what I was about to take until I asked. I was able to take one but I was allergic to the other so she hD to go gwt another one and then she yet failed to inform me what medication it was until I asked. It wasn't on my allergy list so I said ok I will try it. The entire visit I was able to hear at least 3 other patients information and their diagnosis. This should never be allowed not to mention how rude and unprofessional it was. Me and 2 other patients was leaving and we all 3 knew exactly what each other's diagnosis was and that is breaking the HIPPA CODE. I will never return there at all and never will.
Receptionist was not friendly at all. Wait took FOREVER and nurses were not very helpful or understanding. Doctor was okay
Great small hospital. Really glad it's in my community, but go to the ER at Augusta.
