Our sales rep, Teresa,, was more than helpful In giving Steve and me information on the features of the mattresses and elevating bed bases we were considering.nnThen she respectfully allowed us our privacy to try out mattresses & talk privately to finally find one we could both agreed on. It was so helpful to not have a sales rep breathing down our neck!nnOur current mattress was a bad purchase many years ago and we needed this experience to go better so we wouldn’t make a mistake and purchase under pressure.nnThank you, Teresa!nnNow we are using the 2 weeks before delivery to paint and remodel the room before the bed arrives!nnCan’t wait to sleep on it!
