So I'm giving a two star because they did have to filter that I needed for my hot tub in stick which was a plus. But customer service could really use some work. They don't seem to want to go out of there way to be able to answer your questions or have the knowledge to back it up. Not trying to be mean but I went in asking questions because they are a hot tub and pool dealer and repair. I left when with same amount of information as when I walked in.
Empty/nonexistant.nI am amending my review. I presume you are at the other store front , 20 ' away. You may want to papper your front glazed windows adjacent to Auto Zone as to not confuse customers and to tidy up your storage area retail frontage , as per , I am sure , your triple net lease dictates.nLooks like you do carry plenty of product to satisfy customer needs . Good luck , and BUY LOCAL.
Dont expect the owner to care how long you've waited for someone to answer questions about about problem pools or if you have purchased his costly products.. he has no problem telling another employee in front of you and other customers that he doesnt have time to let you check out until hes done talking to the customers that lined up to the door 20 mins AFTER you came in. I think I'll spend my next 20 minutes going somewhere else!

There are only so many businesses I would say are fun to deal with; the pool store fits that category. Gary is very knowledgeable about my pool and associated equipment. Darren and Tom have been very responsive and professional whenever I need assistance. I would recommend The Pool Store highly.
