A couple weeks ago we were in the market for a mattress for our daughter. While running to Walmart in stopped into Mattress Warehouse and meet Shawn. I was blown away with his customer service, knowledge of the product and ability to listen to what we were after. In just a few minutes he helped drill down on features and price that would fit our need. Keep in mind we were not planning on spending a ton of money on a mattress (it will spend most of it time as a trampoline). Despite this Shawn treated me like I was buying the whole store. Still on a mission for a deal. We checked with numerous competitors. Disappointment quickly set in with every other stores staff we came in to contact with. Shawn won our business that day and all our future business as well. If you are in the market for a mattress head directly to Mattress Warehouse and ask for Shawn.
