I came into Mattress Firm expecting only to compare pricing but to go across the street to a Big Lots to purchase a Full mattress set for my Teenage Grandson. Instead, the Salesperson was So VERY helpful, knowledgeable and Sympathetic to our needs. Then she helped us narrow down our selection and made sure that Alex was comfortable with the one he chose. Then she worked her magic in such a way with the pricing that we didn't even Need to go across the street!
