Roberts Furniture is the place to go for new furniture fast. My fiance and I visited this location first and Debbie was friendly and helpful, and didn't attack us as soon as we walked in (love this) We ended up buying a double recliner at the Denbigh location, the overall experience with Roberts was great. Check em out!
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered with them. Ordered a 3,000 kitchen table and was told 6-9 weeks. It has come and gone. I tried emailing them back and they never responded. Take your money and your business elsewhere.nnEdit: correct the order was only over 1,000 - my errornnUpdate... I contacted the store multiple times for updates. I was told it was getting picked up Jan 22nd and it’s been radio silence since. They don’t reach out with order updates and have no sense of customer service. Truly poor service.
After the day I had I needed a fair honest person to help me with some decisions. Dickie Spencer met me at the door and gave me just that. A fair honest answer to my questions. It was the end of a long day and he made me feel like a valued customer. I left feeling good about my purchase.

Very pleasant hassle free shopping experience. Robin and Dickie were at the Yorktown store both very personable. Dickie Spencer was our salesman. He was professional, patient and helpful with selecting our furniture. We also received a very reasonable discount. Our furniture was delivered by Timothy and Leeward. Both were courteous and very efficient, and answering questions we had. If you're looking for a large selection of furniture, good prices and a professional team you won't be disappointed.
