Extremely difficult to get them on the phone. It usually goes to a Cox voicemail system instead of a recorded message. You just have to keep calling and calling until they actually answer.nnDoctors have been kind and patient with me. Nurses and staff have been efficient. Covid and flu testing is provided when appropriate, but they also see other urgent matters and can provide appropriate testing for other issues. So far, the wait has not been that bad. Your visit and test results will be posted in MyChart for easy reference.

Amazing service. Fast and efficient. Very caring folks. I brought my family member in for care. They were kind listened and demonstrated excellent medical skills and loving care. Would highly recommend

Awesome staff... extremely knowledgeable! Went out of their way to make my son and I comfortable. The PA made us feel like we were her own family! We don’t even want to go back to our primary care.

The staff were very friendly and appeared knowledgable. The wait was over an hour, even with an appointment. I was advised to get the send off Covid test because it was more accurate, and would only take 1 to 2 days for results. I had had a Covid test before at another Gloucester facility and expected a gentle swiping of both nostrils. This did NOT happen. Both swab sticks felt like they were going through my eye sockets to my brain! I had to take a minute before the 2nd swab, as my eyes were watering so bad and it hurt!nnTwo days later I still do not have my results, and when I called, they said 3 to 5 days. This is not what was told to me on the test day.nnI will never return to this location.

The service and staff were excellent!! I was very concerned with taking a COVID-19 test (results were negative thank goodness). The nurses and were so professional, courteous and very informative. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.
