The worst ever this whole building need to be under review the staff are the worst please don’t allow ur family to go there

My oldest brother and I visited our brother today. All the staff were so nice and thrilled along with my older brother and I that our resident brother actually recognized both us, since he had been having trouble remembering anyone. The facility clean and fresh smelling. I want to thank all the staff for the care he is getting. My hubby is going to visit with me soon.

I couldn’t be more Pleased with the atmosphere, professionalism and attention to detail I found here at the Consulate Of Williamsburg. I am a medical social worker and I am always on the lookout for Solid reputable nursing facilities such as this that put the care and quality of life of the patient first and for most. My work with Chris Mueller and our companies work with Kerry Ryder-Morris Has yielded nothing but positive results, professionalism and positive attitude and outcomes for families and patients. I recommend doing a tour and Considering this as a valid option in the care for your self or loved one.nnThe hospice respite patient I had placed here for five days through Chris Mueller went incredibly well with his attention to detail to raise the bar and ensuring that my patient was placed in a room by himself, nearest the nurses station and in a unit with a high ratio of nurses to patients to provide the best care and attention During what can be a very emotionally difficult time for some. The sweet stories from the patient himself, the residents he socialized with, the Facility & our Hospice team visiting/caring for the patient all support a positive experience for him.nnSheila Graves MSWnMedical Social WorkernnThank you for all you do out there! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. STAFF DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE!! DID NOT COORDINATE TRANSPORTATION FOR PATIENT RELEASE, THEY HAVE MY SICK MOTHER CALLING AROUND FOR A RIDE. JUST AWFUL.

One of my friends (but more like family) is at this facility and it is very nice and clean from what I have witnessed in comparison to her previous facility. They were very attentive to her while I was there visiting. The management is great at diffusing altercations which I am sure they are rare. This is definitely a place to go if you want your family to feel safe and cared for.
