Food was good. Staff was nice. They gave me a cup instead of the cone I asked for though. I would teach circular feedback loops to them. Reading the order back to he customer so they know they got it right. Ice cream was delicious and the only one mildly disappointed because he didn't get his cone was my toddler.
Cold Stone is not playing when it comes to social distancing, masks, and being safe and I love it. 6 customers in the store at a time, stay at least 2 feet away from the refrigeration unit, Register, etc, which is already roped off. Hopefully you know what you want, thats the regular part of the process, the scooping, adding toppings, and mixing. And then, Ta-Da, smiles all around. I forgot what simple bowl of ice cream meant to kids. Sweet cream with blueberries is such an amazing mix.
I wish i could give them negative stars... Sure when you walk in you may get okay service but DO NOT order cold stone through door dash, or anywhere else. They completely messed up my order... I ordered a signature ice cream, the cheesecake with several items in it plus 2 extra and got almonds and ice cream....no waffle cones, which i ordered as well. I called to have it fixed and they gave me the run around while being extremely rude. This is the second time this has happened to me. Save yourself the time, order elsewhere
Always a great place to take the kids. They love being able to pick their flavor and toppings. They are also following all covid guidelines which is good to see.
