I’m grateful for the service that I received from the Haitian Ambassador in Washington this morning. That man is doing an excellent job out there, we need more valuable people like him to represent our country.

Had a great experience here. I waited less than 3hrs to get my passport and the service was Phenomenal. Keep up the good work guys!

I wish i could post better reviews but not sure what to do anymore. Been a month now I sent my passport to the consulate in Chicago to revew a passport for an important trip. At this point I might lose my trip. I paid for a 5 business days passport but no one contacts you, no one can be reached. Before sending the passport all emails and calls were answered within 24hrs, now I cannot even find someone over the phone. It is such a shame, leu se kana ou ye pat ou ap toujou gen ma labou. Only thing I find to say about my experience, you would think that a change of decor would have made us better

Can't even get someone to pickup and all their voicemails are full. I don't think this place is open.
