Very nice staff, I live in illinois and they could so effectively help me through the phone and finished my paperwork by mail.

I love the way mrs. Manal al sabbagh at the visa department in the embassy deals with the customers! I am applying for a visit visa to travel to amman for medical purpose, and she is soooo cooperative, and always available to answer any question . I am so pleased to contact her , and she always takes the extra step to help all applicants. She is representing her dear country the best way!

I had to go to the embassy today for some paperwork. I have to say the guys over there are superb. They genuinely want to help you as much as they can.
