I recently applied for a business visa for my second trip to Lebanon. With the nature of the difficulty for applying to these types of visas, especially during the current challenges of the pandemic, I was very worried and not entirely sure how to apply. The Embassy’s Visa Manager, Mrs. Natalie Jamil, made this process a fantastic and wonderful experience by helping me. She helped me from the beginning to the end, she even proofread all my documents and make sure to inform me daily updates on my visa status. Such professionalism in an exemplary effort was given from Mrs. Jamil. She made this process as easy as it possibly could have been, and I am very happy. Mrs. Jamil a great representative about what is best about Lebanon!

Natalie Jamil has always been a great help to me whenever I go there to have a visa processed. Always polite and willing to help in any. She is also very responsive with responding to me emails when I have questions.

I don’t write many reviews, because if I don’t have anything good to say, I generally don’t bother. In this case, I felt compelled to write a review for the Embassy’s frontline person, Natalie.nnMy mother needed to renew her passport and she asked me to go with her to the Lebanese Embassy since she is unable to drive due to her poor health. I hesitated to visit the Embassy as I have heard dreaded stories about the staff’s incompetency in the past from family and friends. I decided to check some reviews on their website just in case things might have changed, but unfortunately not many good reviews, so I put my mother’s passport on the back burner to deal with it at a later date.nnA year later, however, my mother’s passport had become a priority and I needed to go to the Embassy with her to sort it out. I took the whole day off in preparation for the worse case scenario and I even took a snack with me in case I got hungry while waiting at the embassy.nnUpon entering the office, my mother and I were greeted by the front desk receptionist, Natalie. Not only was she dressed in professional attire, which I seldom see these days, but she welcomed us in and immediately asked what she could do for my mother and me. I told her our situation and she explained the process to ensure proper documentation for my mother, and proceeded to give us options later to suit my mother's needs.nAs a legal assistant myself, I understand the importance of being organized and paying attention to details, especially when dealing with clients all day. Needless to say, I was very impressed with her concise and clear instructions that made my mother and I feel very much at ease.nnShe then informed me my mother’s paperwork wouldn’t take long and for us to take a seat as there would be one last process to do which was finger printing. While we waited, I observed this young woman, Natalie handle numerous incoming phone calls, respond diligently to her boss’ several calls and prepared my mother’s paperwork, including fingerprinting in a surprisingly short duration while maintaining her professionalism at all times.nnIf anyone reads this long review and needs to visit the Lebanese Embassy for their paperwork or concerns, please rest assure, you will be in excellent hands with Natalie. She is a real gem. My mother and I left the Lebanese Embassy as very happy customers.

The staff at the Lebanese embassy Washington DC is the best. Ms Natalie Jamil is very professional, attentive and she goes above and beyond to make sure all the paperwork is done right and on timely manner.

Although I never got my visa to visit Lebanon, I sincerely recommend Mr. Rami for assisting me on guiding me which district I need to apply visa to. He’s very friendly, I felt comfortable speaking on phone with him and felt he cared for me, only I wish he was assigned in my district to help with my visa I’d probably be reunited with my family by now
