I had a massage on my birthday as a treat for myself with Jordan Cobb. I received AMAZING customer service from him in addition to the much needed session. Jordan is very friendly, has great communication and takes his work very seriously.
This is the quality massage therapy I’ve been looking for! I’ve been to multiple therapists, including one at a chiropractic office. The closest to a great massage I could find was the small shop inside of tanglewood mall. Body and Sole is the real deal though! I had Courtney McMahon Frye and will most definitely be back to see her! I found the prices incredibly reasonable especially compared to other places and considering the quality of care I received. The place was a little confusing to get to just because it’s inside of a big building, but it’s right near the entrance and has a sign on their hallway. The business itself is very welcoming and appears clean and professional. They let you fill out some paperwork to help them understand your personal needs and most definitely work to meet them. A lot of massage places I’ve been to just do their normal routine regardless of what you explain is going on, but I left there feeling a huge difference.
