I’m giving this place a 3 stars only because the desserts I had were 5 stars but customer service was 1 star at most. I felt unwelcome, the guy behind the counter was impatient with me because I didn’t know what I wanted right away since I asked him what he recommend, I’ve never really had any of these Arabic desserts before. I was the only customer in there so it’s not like he had any one else to tend to, either way there’s no excuse to make a customer feel that way. Please don’t act like you’re better than anyone else. Unfortunately I will not be returning due to the poor service.
The desserts were really good and so was the service. However they did not require masks. There were multiple customers and 1 person behind the counter walking around without masks on. It’s not acceptable and I’ll think twice about going.
Picked up a half sheet box for a firepit, socially distanced gathering. 100 pieces were not enough for the 10 of us. Everything was so delicious, we wanted more! The treats are sweet but not cloying. The dough is crisp and the nuts were just the right texture. I need to go back soon for more.
They serve good Kanafeh (كنافة). Wait and get fresh one.
Really well made and high quality Arab style desserts. Highly recommend this place!
