I really love Sidekick! It is so fun that Ted's opened this little bakery (attached to the restaurant!) as a casual cafe option. I love meeting friends here and have felt safe during the pandemic dining outdoors. They keep their space very clean and follow all protocols. Their food is DELICIOUS and so is their coffee! So many fun options on the menu. Highly recommend!

Sidekick is a good bakery with plenty of tasty options. The Ted Tarts are a must. If you ever enjoyed a Pop-tart you will love this tastier and fresher version of it. The salted chocolate chip cookie was amazing and soft in the middle. The banana bread had potential but the Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the top was stale. I am someone that considers himself to have a sweet tooth but the celebration cake was WAY too sugary. Overall a good place to check out.

The desserts are nice to look at but not nice to eat. We “judged the book by its cover” and regretted it. Overall it’s overpriced for the quality of food provided. My boyfriend and I tried several different items and were disappointed by all.

The baked goods are yummy, but overpriced. I witness a customer who entered and ordered coffee, but said the coffee wasn’t hot enough. I was waiting for the cashier to offer to make it again but she just stayed silent and then the customer said it was “kind of gross” and dumped it before walking out. To me, good customer service is: “Sorry ma’am/sir, let me make it again for you.” After witnessing this encounter (and subsequent staff complaining about it afterwards) I don’t think I’ll be coming back, as there are plenty of bakeries in the area who put the customers first!
